How do I brief work in?
Once you’re all signed up with your own support plan we’ll send you a briefing guide which gives you all the information you need to include when briefing in work to us. From there you simply email it over using a dedicated email address which we’ll provide.
What digital roles can you help with?
We’re experts in the field of digital production having over 20 years experience of working with some of the biggest brands on the planet. We can provide you the skills covering everything from graphic design, UI/UX designers, brand designers, creative direction, web designers, animators, videographers, photographers, web developers, QA engineers, copywriters and digital strategists.
What types of tasks can I assign?
The short answer is any type of digital production. Typically this could span both creative and development and could range from social assets, website creation, branding, development and more. As with any briefed in work we’ll always be on hand to guide you through the process.
How many studio hours do I get in a day?
Our support plans provide anything from 1 to 6 days per month (or even more if you opt for a custom Enterprise plan). Each day in your plan breaks down into 7 hours worth of studio time that you can brief work against. We’ll advise how long each task will take when you brief us.
How long does a task take to complete?
In all honesty, this depends on the type of task that’s briefed in. Once briefed, we can confirm how many studio hours it will take to complete. There is no task that’s too big for us to handle but typically what we’d deem to be small to medium tasks can be completed with a 24-48 hour window.
How do I monitor progress?
Having years of experience under our belts we’re more than comfortable working with your own internal project management tools if that’s easier for you. If that’s not the route for you, we’ll be on hand to give you daily updates of our progress. As with all our support plans we’re always available within working hours to answer any questions you may have.

Account and billing

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Simply email services@staak.co.uk and we can carry out the upgrade or downgrade on your behalf within the hour.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will automatically be billed each month, for the amount of your plan, on the day that you signed up.
How do I cancel my plan?
Simply login to your customer portal and select ‘Cancel plan’. Your plan will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. (Additional cancellation charges may apply if you’re on a annual support plan).
What if I go over my budgeted time for the month in my plan?
With all of our support plans we’ll advise you when you hit 75% of your total budgeted time in any given month. We’ll also advise if any briefed in work will potentially take you over your total budgeted time. If you’d like to go over your budgeted time by a few hours to complete a task we’ll simply charge you an hourly pro-rata rate based on your current support plan. We’ll never charge you beyond your support without first your written consent.
What if I don’t use all of my budgeted time for the month in my plan?
Unused budgeted time does not rollover into the next month. If you’re consistently not using your budgeted time and you’re free to either downgrade or cancel your support plan.
What is your refund policy?
If you are on a monthly support package, you can change plans or cancel anytime by emailing services@staak.co.uk. There are no lock-in contracts, and all of our plans are month to month, which means you can cancel any time before the start of your next billing cycle. If you are on an annual support plan you can still change plans or cancel anytime (If you cancel your subscription before 12 months, you will be charged at the monthly rate for your used months in the annual contract) and you will be billed monthly.
